About this Course

Nutrition and physical activity are keys to managing type 2 diabetes. Dining with Diabetes is a 4-week program taught by a Registered Dietitian from Sedgwick County Extension. Program includes the following: • Planning meals & snacks with delicious & healthy recipes • Cooking demonstrations & food tastings • Motivation & support • Ideas for being more active • Understanding how diabetes affects your overall health Registration deadline is November 4.
