About this course

Are you DRC Strong? Enter this powerlifting competition to earn bragging rights in the gym! Competitors will be given 3 opportunities in the following lifts: Bench, Squat and Dead Lift. DRC Strong is open to all levels of lifters, and the Wilkes Formula will be used to calculate absolute power. Pounds, not Kilograms will be used. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers, male and female. Registration begins at 4:30 pm, rules at 5:00 pm, and lifting starts at 5:15 pm. Registration Deadline April 3.
